Leading radiation R&D for over 40 years
Advancing radiation measurement and management across Industrial, Veterinary, and Nuclear Medicine sectors
Globalsonics is a leading provider of radiation technology solutions. Previously known as Gammasonics Institute for Medical Research, Globalsonics Research Pty Ltd has evolved into Australia’s premier organization dedicated to radiation measurement and management R&D.
Our mission spans three critical sectors: finding solutions and encouraging innovation in science, medicine, and industry through advanced radiation protection, detection, and measurement technologies.
Starting with a 100% focus on Australian industry in the 1980s, we’ve grown into an internationally recognized leader. During an era when radiation measurement and quality control weren’t mainstream topics, we pioneered solutions for those delivering radiation treatment to patients and protecting workers in radioactive environments.
Today, we provide competitive and reliable technology to clients worldwide, supporting current needs while anticipating future challenges.
