Nemo Two Advance ROV MCA – Deepwater Nuclear Inspector

Part No. G-710

Description:

As nuclear facilities age, submerged inspection is no longer a precaution—it’s a necessity. The NEMO TWO ADVANCE ROV is a cutting-edge deepwater nuclear inspector, designed to handle critical inspections in hazardous, confined environments. This device combines real-time radiation monitoring, gyroscopic stability, and a precision-controlled mechanical arm to ensure safety and accuracy.

Deepwater Nuclear Inspector ROV

The NEMO TWO ADVANCE is an advanced underwater inspection ROV built for deep-sea operations, with a rated depth of up to 100m. This is double the depth of the NEMO ONE ROV. It is a powerful radiation detection ROV, equipped with a radiation detector for real-time gamma and X-ray monitoring. The system features an integrated gyroscope for stability and C.NEMO IMU Tech for real-time 3D orientation, depth, and temperature sensing, ensuring next-level navigation accuracy in hazardous environments. The precision manipulator arm is a key feature, allowing for grasping, holding, and retrieving submerged objects. This submerged pipe inspection solution also includes dual HD PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) cameras for clear visual inspection and a 3-screen folding display for comprehensive monitoring.

How It Works

The NEMO TWO ADVANCE is a sophisticated system designed for seamless operation. Its C.NEMO IMU Tech provides advanced navigation capabilities, giving operators real-time data on pitch, roll, tilt, and heading in confined spaces. The precision manipulator arm is servo-driven with position feedback, providing reliable control for complex tasks. The dual HD cameras offer superior visibility, while the 200m neutral buoyancy tether ensures a stable connection for real-time video and data transfer without drag.

Benefits

  • Enhanced Safety: Reduces the need for human entry into hazardous, confined nuclear environments for inspections.
  • Superior Performance: The increased operating depth and advanced navigation technology allow for deeper, more complex inspections.
  • Operational Efficiency: The combination of remote operation, dual cameras, and a manipulator arm streamlines inspection workflows.
  • Comprehensive Data: The system provides a complete package of radiation, visual, and environmental data for accurate analysis.
